A: Most likely you typed in the login/password incorrectly. Try to copy/paste it in from the confirmation email you received when you signed up. If that doesn't work. Send and email to Customer Service and we will help you.

Q: I payed through Paypal for a membership, but never got a username/password. What should I do?
A: This happens when you skip the last part of the confirmation page on Paypal that sends you to the page where you choose your username/password combination. If that happens, please send and email to Customer Service and we will help you find that page so you can choose your username/password.

Q: Why are the questions repeated in the midterm and final exams?
A: This is done for a few different reasons. The most important one is that it follows what is referred to as "The Law of Facilitation." What that means is that the more times your nerve impulse pathways in your brain follow a certain path, like those used for memory and recall, they become faster and stronger. We strongly encourage everyone that is studying for an exam to go over the material in small bits, over and over, and repeat them as often as possible. That is why we designed this website, especially the quizzes, to help you build your ability to recall answers to questions consistently and rapidly.
